35, Homer Road – Basement Level After-Build Clean
Housekeeping 247 Ltd was overjoyed at winning the contract for the after-build clean of the basement level at 35, Homer Road.
With the project still in development, we, in cooperation with Chi-Synergy and Avondale Construction, sent five grafters to complete the job over a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. When a project is so close to the finish, it’s all hands on deck, seven days a week.
Housekeeping 247 Ltd understands the tight schedules of large construction projects and the requirements of the various tradesmen. We are always happy to accommodate, compromise, and work around any issues. We solve problems, we don’t add to them.

Chorley’s Auctioneers – Gloucester
It was a very proud moment when Housekeeping 247 Ltd won the contract to deep clean and maintain Chorley’s auctioneers in Gloucester.
Despite being aware that we were a fairly new business, Werner Freundel, MA put complete faith in us and awarded us the contract.
We immediately put our high standards into practise, fully steam-cleaning the toilet areas and removing difficult-to-reach cobwebs.

Maisemore Village Hall
We got the feeling that the peeps at Maisemore were a little apprehensive after hiring us. Their experience of cleaners thus far hadn’t been too good and we charged a little more than they were used to paying.
As with any other project, we at Housekeeping 247 Ltd love the initial first clean because they are always the hardest, yet have the greater aesthetic effect.
Upon arrival, we found cobwebs 30ft in the air on the main hall ceiling, as well as age-old webbing covering the expensive studio lights for the stage that holds events all year round.

Eleven Brindley Place – Floors 10 and 11
Housekeeping 247 Ltd was called in for a last minute end-of-tenancy clean over two floors at the iconic Eleven Brindley Place building in Birmingham.
With just one day to complete the work, we sent our full team to ensure the offices were as clean as we could get them before the new tenants moved in.
We set to work cleaning everything, including several kitchen areas and treating carpet stains.

Royal Arch Apartments
Housekeeping 247 Ltd was called in to deep clean several end-of-tenancy apartments in the Royal Arch, a complex of exclusive apartments overlooking The Mailbox and Birmingham’s amazing canal system.
Each apartment had its own unique elements and as such, individual cleaning requirements.
These type of apartments include cleaning as part of the tenancy, and the cleaners are very good but don’t address the finer points, like stair treads and other detailing that we at Housekeeping 247 Ltd never miss.
