• In compliance with UK law, we maintain Employer’s Liability Insurance of at least £10 million, ensuring protection for our employees in the event of illness, injury, or accident sustained during their work.

3. Treatment Risk Cover

• We include treatment risk within our policy, offering specific protection against accidental damage caused during the cleaning or restoration of client property, surfaces, or furnishings.

4. Professional Indemnity

• For specialised consultancy or advisory work (e.g. site cleaning assessments, after-build protocols), we hold appropriate Professional Indemnity cover, ensuring we are insured for any advice or procedural guidance given.

5. Proof of Insurance

• Certificates of Insurance are available upon request to all clients or prospective partners.

• Our insurers are FCA-authorised and regulated providers based in the UK.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• While we take every care, certain exclusions apply as standard under UK insurance regulations. These include, but are not limited to, pre-existing damage, acts of negligence outside our scope of work, or issues resulting from unauthorised chemical use by third parties.

7. Incident Reporting

• Any incidents or damages must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of discovery.

• We handle all claims swiftly, professionally, and in liaison with our insurer.
