A 69,000 sq ft office space, fresh from a full Cat A refurbishment, needed a professional deep clean to remove construction dust, adhesive residues, and surface contaminants — all while protecting the new finishes and meeting handover standards.
Our Role
As the appointed cleaning contractor, we delivered precision-led care across the entire space, including:
- Mid-build dust and debris management
- Final deep steam cleaning of all hard surfaces
- Carpet and upholstery extraction using PUREFORM technology
- Sanitisation of kitchens, restrooms, and high-touch areas
- Handover-ready finish across 69,000 sq ft
