Our Service Terms

These terms outline the agreement between HK247 | Integrated Facilities Management and our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Service Scope

All services are provided as quoted and agreed in writing. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately with prior approval.

2. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a £75 administration fee. Rescheduling is free with 48 hours’ notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to all areas and remove personal items where necessary. We are not liable for damage to obstructed or unsecured items.

5. Liability

We carry public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or wear.

6. Data & Privacy

We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is never shared with third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
