From Construction Site to Corporate Space
At Housekeeping247 Ltd (then operating under our Chi Synergy banner), we were commissioned to undertake the after-build clean of Blake House, Eagle Court Business Park, Birmingham — a key site for Fujitsu. Our role: transform a post-refurbishment space into a pristine, ready-to-occupy workplace.

The Brief
Following a major refurbishment, our role was to carry out a complete clean across all floors and the reception area, ensuring the building could transition smoothly from construction site to a ready-to-use workplace. Timing was critical, with delivery required to align with Fujitsu’s occupancy schedule.
The Work
Over the course of three weeks, our five-person team carried out:
- Comprehensive dust removal across all floors, including high-level fixtures and ventilation units
- Thorough cleaning and treatment of flooring — from hard surfaces to carpets and mats
- Detailed polishing of reception and communal glass, restoring a sharp, professional finish
- Deep cleaning and sanitisation of kitchens and washrooms, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards were met
The Result
By completion, every floor and the main reception were restored to a pristine condition, ready for immediate client use. Our ability to scale a team and sustain quality over a multi-week programme ensured the handover was completed without compromise.
