The Challenge

Following a full Cat A fit-out, Blake House required a meticulous clean to remove fine dust, construction residues, and surface contaminants — with zero risk to finishes or hygiene standards.

Our Role

As the appointed cleaning contractor, we implemented a three-phase cleaning strategy:

• Phase 1 – Mid-Build: Dust suppression and debris removal to protect surfaces during construction
• Phase 2 – Pre-Final: Deep vacuuming with HEPA filters, wipe-down of all surfaces, and floor prep
• Phase 3 – Final Clean: High-powered dry steam sanitisation, carpet extraction, and handover detailing
